Although Hindu religion has no way of conversion from other religions but it accepts other people by way of naturalization. One may become a Hindu by naturalization. Historically many ethnic groups were thus Hinduised. The Shaks, Huns, Rajputs of north India and many other groups in north-east India and south India are the evidences.
Many organizations like ISCON, Satsang, Ramakrishna Mission, Arya Samaj also helps such people in this direction. One may have the opportunity to be part of the mainstream society of the country. Hindu is a culture that gives liberty of thought without any compulsion.
