Civic values are important in our life. But do you know what is meant by civic values. Yes, go through these examples. In rural areas dacoits or robbers do not outrage women during operation rather respect the women folk. Similarly during any conflict or clash in society men attack other group of men but never upon women. This is called civic values. Thus the society is dignified.
Unfortunately civic values are decaying. In WB during (shameful) Nandigram incident CPM and Trinmool outraged each others women. Still in some places people observe these civic values. I know some places like Benaras, Darjeeling and south Indian states which are distinguished for observing these civic values.
